This module studies the internal procedures related to the deployment of a strong authentication solution. Particular emphasis is placed on the topics of ICT Continuity Management, Monitoring and Auditing, Quality Assurance and Service Management. Legal Affairs related to contracts and liability are also touched upon in this module.
Implementation – 1 Day
The last module provides detailed instructions of the implementation of a strong authentication solution, including an overview of industry best practices, competitor strategies and real-life case studies. Practical matters such as marketing communication strategy, customer notification, logistics and fulfillment are also discussed. This module also covers the setup of customer support procedures, such as help desk management and an analysis of pricing policies towards end-users.
